Public Art

I remember roaming the halls in the hospital at Bethel as a kid and just admiring the artwork on the walls. It was our town museum (before the museum). What a surreal experience to have my art now displayed at the Dr. Paul John Calcricaraq hospital in Bethel.

‘For the Love of Salmon’ Bristol Bay School
My idea for this mural was to integrate as many world languages as possible for word ‘salmon’ to show the impact this wonderful resource has on this planet. In connecting world languages I hope to show commonality with this precious resource and demonstrate to students how important it is that we protect and care for our waters and land that provide for us.
